Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related fields
- Willing to outsource
- Service mind with positive attitudes
- Ability to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines
- Initiative, self-supervised, self-motivated and highly responsible
- Can work under pressure and flexible hours
- Certification is preferable
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Understand application development process
- Knowledge of Mainframe or AS400 COBOL Programming
- Knowledge of Basel II module is preferable
- Experience in CardPack or Cardlink will be an advantage
- Experience in COBOL Programming for 2 years
