Business Development Manager


  • Explore and acquire business opportunities to achieve sales targets in Software Product Development and IT Professional Services
  • Leverage existing clients to identify a map, analyse a document and propose product opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships at senior management levels
  • Present approved products for SAAS or bespoke delivery
  • Prepare organized solution proposals, quotation documents and pricing negotiation with clients
  • Coordinate internally with areas required to conclude transactions
  • Indentify and direct Professional Services opportunities to Sales Staff
  • Focus will be on Retail, FSI, Travel and Games industries


  • B.S. in Computer Science with an M.B.A. or M.A. in a business related area; overseas graduated preferred
  • At least 10 years experience in technology powered solutions with management experience
  • Strong business development and sales skills in IT or software development business
  • Have a proven record of delivering tangible results
  • Have strong client's network in Retail, FSI, Travel and Games industries
  • Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic working environment with strong discipline and result oriented
